Official summary
Complaint One or more of the seats in the second or third row cannot be folded over when the switch group in the trunk is used. Cause Under analysis. Remedy Please thoroughly check the physical layer such as operating switches, lines, and pins to make sure that they are not the reason for the fault. Verify the switches are showing correct actual values with the Xentry. Verify the seats fold properly when using other switches. After this, create a TIPS case and attach a control unit log for the corresponding control unit along with a CAN trace from the body CAN that documents the problem.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
