Official summary
This Preliminary Information communicates that, under certain conditions, a MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) illumination or a "Service High Voltage" message may display on the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster), and the 12V battery may experience discharge. In these instances, it is advised to perform BECM (Battery Energy Control Module) programming and execute the Manual Reset Shunt process. This applies when ALL of the following DTCs are set as current or history: P2C8A, P2C8B, U3577, U3578, U3579, U357A, U357B, U357C, U357D, U357E, U357F, U3580, and U35AF.
