Official summary

ARM Lower Control WHAT: Clunking noise from Front Stabar link to Front Lower Control Arm (FLCA). WHY: The joint is coming loose due to loss of clamp load when there is embedment on FLCA mating surface to the stabar link ball stud. We are currently updating the stabar link design and new design will be implemented in March 2025. HOW: If this Front stabar link to FLCA joint torque is under the residual torque of 70Nm, please re torque the joint to this spec of 110 (Min 70-Max 138). Otherwise proceed with regular diagnosis.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
