Certain 2022 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 vehicles equipped with a 2.7L engine (RPO L3B), may have an Engine Control Module (ECM) that does not sufficiently control fuel injector flow rate under certain driving conditions. This update will complete the remedy for GM Recall No. N242450630 and no additional steps are needed after a successful update.
