Official summary

Some customers may complain about infotainment center display: Center display touchscreen operates by itself (Ghost Touch). • The film of the center display may be peeled off. • White dots may appear on the center display. • Spider web-like cracking appearing in the corner(s) of the MAZDA CONNECT center display (the cracks are internal and cannot be felt by touch).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
