PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT CAMPAIGN: DEALER PARTS AND SERVICE MANAGER MEMO (PI2501) - This document is the announcement to the dealer Parts and Service managers advising that Kia is conducting an important Product Improvement Campaign to install covers onto the 2nd row seat rails in all 2022-2024 MY Kia Carnival vehicles and certain 2025 MY Carnival vehicles manufactured from January 4, 2021 through March 31, 2025.
