Official summary
This Preliminary information communicates an issue with a service door latch system messages. On Cadillac and Chevrolet models dealership are to cycle the child door latch on and off to correct the issue. On GMC models reprogram the BCM and VCU then cycle the child door latch on and off to correct the issue.
