Official summary

Volvo Cars USA LLC and Volvo Car Canada LTD on behalf of the Volvo Car Corporation has decided to launch Delivery Action D10299: Lidar Fuse for certain EX90’s that are in being displayed in retailer showrooms.
Volvo Cars investigations have identified that certain model year 2025 EX90’s that are being displayed in retailer showrooms have potentially battery drain.
The corrective action is to remove the lidar fuse in slot #6 from the frunk compartment.
Please note: That the fuse must be reinstalled when the vehicle is removed from showroom display and or sold to a customer.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
