Official summary
Some 2022-2025 Ford or Lincoln vehicles may exhibit DTCs B142E:78, B1432:78, and/or B1433:54 diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the CCM. This may be due to non-factory sized tires that may cause inaccurate speedometer readings that can impact the functionality of the CCM. When a vehicle is modified in this manner, replacement or realignment of the CCM may impact the normal operation of the system and/or performance of radar and camera-based features. Repair or replacement of the CCM when a vehicle is equipped with non-factory size tires may not be warrantable and subject to chargeback.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
