"Flash: Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Updates Customers may experience the following: ● A five second delay in the cluster on the PRNDL when shifting. NOTE: Rotary shifter LEDs always indicate the correct gear position. This bulletin involves inspecting and possibly reprogramming the IPC with the latest available software. "
