Official summary
This article supersedes TSB 25-2008 to update the Service Procedure. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit a condition where the turbocharger wastegate will make a rattling noise. This may be due to a missing wave spring between the wastegate actuator lever arm and the turbine housing on both the left and right turbochargers.
