Official summary
LAMP Courtesy/Ambient Courtesy / Ambient Lamp: Light guide not fully seated into the retainer during IP sub-assembly due to inconsistent operator installation effort, leading to latent BSR issue that manifests under customer usage conditions. Solution: remove and reinstall light guide to be fully seated in the bracket retainer.
