Official summary
Some 2024-2025 Nautilus, 2025 Explorer/Aviator/Expedition/Navigator vehicles may occasionally require a hard reset of the Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience system. To perform a hard reset, press and release the volume button on the center console 5 times within 7 seconds. Some Nautilus vehicles with older level software, may require the volume button to be pressed and held for at least 5 seconds. The Owner s Manual is in process of being updated with this information.
