Official summary
Some 2023-2025 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) with cylinder injection pulse offset diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) P2B11, P2B13, P2B15, P2B17, P2B19, P2B1B, P2B1D, and/or P2B1F stored in the powertrain control module (PCM) when operating at elevations greater than 2500 feet (762 meters). If symptoms are present, perform the "Reset Minimum Fuel Mass Adaption - All Cylinders" using the "Reset/Clear Specified Function" application with Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) and retest.
