Official summary
Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit the condition that the traction control feature cannot be turned off/disabled through the vehicles center display screen. Customers will see the soft button slide to the off position, then re-enable itself a couple seconds later. This may be due to the software in the instrument panel cluster (IPC).
