Official summary
Some 2021-2025 F-150 non-Lightning, 2023-2025 F-Super Duty, 2024-2025 Ranger, and 2025 Explorer vehicles may exhibit a perceived improper functioning fog lamp(s). Customers may describe fog lamps blinking, turning on or off, or flashing. If the vehicle is equipped with cornering lamps, this may be normal function. Under certain conditions and inputs, either lamp might turn on or off independently to aid visibility during cornering. This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. For additional cornering lamp

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
