Complaint Message in Instrument Cluster for "Active Distance Assist not enabled, but can be purchased subsequently" even if Digital Extra: Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC (207) has already been activated/purchased via the application. Cause On some vehicles with Digital Extra: Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC (code 207), it may be that the function cannot be enabled via the application or is no longer available in the "vehicle back end". Remedy Please open a case with the Customer Care Center ("CCC") to reactivate function on the "vehicle back end".
