Complaint Seal secured to B-pillar trim on rear doors cracked in upper area, see picture 1. Cause Production deviation at supplier of B-pillar trim. Remedy Replace both B-pillar trims with optimized parts. Note: Both B-pillar trim pieces on the vehicle should be replaced, even if only one currently has the complaint.
