Official summary
Some 2024-2025 F-150/F-Super Duty vehicles may exhibit an inoperative front passenger window when operated from the driver master window control switch with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U2013:23 stored in the driver door module (DDM). This may be due to the software level of the DDM. To correct this condition, reprogram the DDM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool. For claiming, use causal part 14B291 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.
