Official summary
Dealer is replacing electric compressors (EAC) when the PECPs are running after vehicle shutting down due to 12V drain in Wagoneer S and Charger. Replacing the compressor does not solve the problem, the solution is to replace the pump assembly that has the latest SW. Do not replace pn 68590054AB compressor assy. Replace pump assembly 68590015AC / 68590051AC.
