1.Identify Customer Concern Check for small traces of coolant near the water pump, especially around the weeper chamber. Confirm if coolant is visibly dripping from the weeper chamber. 2.Root Cause identification The weeper chamber is designed to collect small amounts of coolant (< 3 ml/h) that pass through the dynamic seal. Red traces or shadows around the chamber may appear during initial operation due to seal adaptation or vapor condensation. These traces are not necessarily signs of a leak.
