Official summary
Some 2024 – 2025 model year Sienna Hybrid and Sienna Hybrid MaaS Package vehicles may exhibit a condition in which the rear No. 1 seat assembly (for captain seat type) squeaks or rattles while driving. The condition(s) can occur on both the driver and passenger side seats of the vehicle. Application of noise reducing felt has been developed to improve and reduce these conditions.
