Issue Description: In JL/JT vehicles, many dealers and customers are not fully aware of the correct way to install the Mopar all-weather floor mats, especially the front mats. The all-weather mats are installed without removing the slit/perforation portion of the front carpet, which blocks the drain port on the all-weather mats completely and does not allow water/any liquid to get drained out of the vehicle through the drain hole on the underbody floor.
