Battery Pack Control Module (BPCM) Software Update Customers must experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician must find that the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) has been set: ● P0AD4 - Hybrid Battery Pack Air Flow System Insufficient Air Flow. Customers may experience the following: ● Poor battery performance or charging. ● The vehicle may not start This bulletin involves updating the BPCM with the latest available software.
