Official summary

Complaint: Clattering noise from area of hood with steel suspension. Cause: Missing helical spring shim (blue part as shown in attached picture "Helical Spring Shim"). Remedy: Check whether the blue helical spring shim is installed. If NOT present: Install the spring shim. Replacement part is black. If present: Replace the blue shim with the aftersales part black shim. If noise is still not remedied after replacing shims, provide sound/video file to the Body, Chassis and Entertainment inbox.
