Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a crack in the door side of the front seat cushion trim. Cracks develop along the areas where wrinkles form when weight is applied to the seat. When exiting the vehicle, the door-side surface of the cushion trim may be folded and compressed. When entering the vehicle, the surface of the cushion bolster may be rubbed and stretched. Repeated occurrences of these conditions may result in a crack forming in the surface of the seat cushion trim.
