Official summary
Some 2023-2026 F-Super Duty and 2024-2026 F-150 vehicles were not produced with a factory wired keyless entry keypad. If the customer desires to install a Ford Accessory wireless keyless entry keypad, the radio transceiver module (RTM) in these vehicles operates on a different frequency than previous models. The correct part number for the keyless entry keypad is SK4Z-14A626-A. A wired keyless entry keypad cannot be added to a 2025-2026 F-Super Duty/F-150 vehicle that was not originally produced with it.
