Official summary
All 2024-2025 Nautilus and 2025 Explorer/Aviator/Expedition/Navigator vehicles will have the Alexa Built-In feature removed from the vehicle in Q1 2026 due to the end of life of Amazon Alexa services in all Ford/Lincoln Digital Experience vehicles. Google Assistant will continue to be the default voice assistant in these vehicles. No additional actions should be taken in an attempt to restore Alexa Built-In functionality.
