Official summary
Some 2024 F-150/Escape/Corsair vehicles may exhibit no audio/no volume with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U1A00:87 stored in the accessory protocol interface module (APIM). This may be due to the software in the front audio control module (ACM). To correct the condition, reprogram the ACM using the latest software level of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS). For claiming, use causal part 18806 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.
