Official summary
Complaint Optical irregularity in the light guide of the ambient lighting. Cause Exposure to external factors, e.g. cleaning or disinfecting agents, creams, mechanical stress, or impacts. Remedy The assessment of the complaint must be carried out from the normal seat position. Turn on ambient lighting and set to maximum brightness. The vehicle must be inside the workshop; the interior must not be exposed to any direct light (e.g., sunlight or strong interior lighting). If neither function nor lighting pattern of the ambient lighting is impaired, no warranty or goodwill claim is to be submitted
