Intermittent Poor HVAC Performance Customers may comment on the following: SYMPTOM: ● Intermittently the HVAC blows or feels like the output has been reduced resulting in poor performance in cold temperatures. NOTE: This issue only happens in temperatures that fluctuate between freezing and slightly above. The thawing and refreezing process produces a build up of ice on the cowl baffles. This bulletin involves removing both right and left side rubber flaps from the cowl baffles.
