Official summary

Some vehicles may experience intermittent battery discharge. This may be caused by improperly installed door boots allowing water to enter into the central connectors C-22/C-23 (located near the A-pillar at the base of the left and right front doors), leading to corrosion in the connector. REPAIR PROCEDURE Replace the rear harness and the affected door harness with new ones, making sure to properly install the door boots.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
