Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a squeaking noise from the rear brake during deceleration, and the noise is particularly noticeable during braking when the brakes are cold. This is caused by the brake pad(s) having difficulty contacting evenly with the rotor surface during light braking due to wear and/or deformation of the brake pad(s). To eliminate this concern, the shape of the rear brake pads will be modified. Replace both sides of the rear brake pads with the modified ones according to the instructions in MGSS (REAR BRAKE DISC PAD REMOVAL/INSTALLATION).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
