Official summary
Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a condition where the intrusion alarm will activate without an external source. This may be due to software in the body control module (BCM). Reprogramming or replacing the BCM or intrusion sensor may not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q3 2026. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.
