2 WAY LUMBAR SWITCH If the Driver Seat Lumbar Support is inoperative, stuck, or not responding as expected, obtain the following information from the customer prior to replacing the lumbar switch: 1.Which lumbar function is not operating properly? -Inflate (Extend) -Deflate (Retract) -Both directions 2.Is the concern constant or intermittent? 3.If intermittent, how often does it occur? -Daily -Weekly -Randomly 4.Is the lumbar support stuck in the extended or retracted position? -Extended -Retracted -Neither 5.Does the lumbar support respond after pressing the switch multiple times? -Yes / No 6
