Digital Key Control Module (DKCM) SOP 5.0 FOTA Only The customer may comment on the following: SYMPTOM: ● Smart Phone As Key does not work. ● Unable to pair their device as a Digital Key. ● Unable to see Digital Key tile in their RAM App. ● Ability to pair the key but unable to see the Lock/Unlock/Panic/Remote Climate buttons in their wallet. (Even though their phone is qualified to have the feature). ● Vehicle proximity lights wake up too often when near the vehicle with their phone.
