Official summary
General motors has decided that certain 1995 chevrolet camaro model vehicles equipped with optional aluminum wheels (rpo n 96) have an incorrect locking wheel lug nut key. If a wheel had to be removed from one of these vehicles, the lug nut key supplied for the locking wheel lug nut may not fit the nut and the the wheel could not be removed. To correct this condition, the correct locking locking wheel lug nut key socket will be sent to all owners of record. To to correct this condition themselves. Reduce owner inconvenience, owners will be provided instructions to allow them
