Official summary
Campaign announces a recall for certain 1995 camaro model vehicles, that were built with the incorrect caution label affixed to the radiator cover panel. The incorrect label contains inaccurate engine coolant information. Since the label can be easily installed, and to reduce customer inconvenience, customers will be provided a replacement label and installation instructions to allow them to correct this condition themselves. The customer will also be given the option to have the label installed by their dealer.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
