Official summary
When driving on a rough road, a creaking noise is heard from one or more points on the instrument panel. Make sure there is clearance between the instrument panel and the gauge assembly. Relocate and apply ept to the wiring harnesses. Apply wool felt around the outer edge of the instrument panel.
