Open fuse 30 may be caused by interference between the instrument cluster flex circuit & the lh side steering column retaining bolt. If damage is present, remove the lh steering column retaining bolt & install a 1.5mm (1/16 inch) washer (procure locally) under the head to prevent repeat damage.
