Recall 96v-247 - the right front door on some 1995 and 1996 discovery vehicles may fail to latch fully, causing the door to bounce back off the door seals - procedures have been established to inspect all side doors on all affected vehicles and to rectify latch problems determined by that inspection - to correct this condition, an extended latch mounting fastener has been introduced to assure proper orientation of the right front door latch relative to the mounting leg of the adjacent window frame - the new fastener must be installed on all affected vehicles - in cases where latch loads have b
