Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit a squeaking or hard rubbing type sound from the rear of the vehicle when traveling over bumpy roads. Two different conditions can contribute to these sounds. The squeak may be caused by low lubricant level in the stopper bushings and the hard rubbing sound may be caused by the stopper bushing rubbing on the body bracket. The squeak may be more noticeable when the temperatures are below 4 degrees c (40 degrees f). *tt

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
