A condition may exist where the fuel tank is slow to fill because of lack of venting. This bulletin involves correcting kinked / plugged fuel tank vent lines and / or replacing the fuel tank control valve and / or replacing the leak detection pump (ldp) filter and / or unplugging or replacing the fuel tank fill tube assemgly. *tt
