“The horn on my 2005 sebring will randomly sound and will not stop until the steering wheel is beat upon or violently shaken up and down. The horn does not work on it's own as a safety feature. It will happen at any given time, while driving or sitting parked. In order to avoid this, the horn must be disconnected.”
