  • (1) my 1995 plymouth voyager has a defective clockspring assembly causing the horn to not work and the air bag to be disabled. There is a recall on the 1996 plymouth voyager (ref nhtsa campaign id number : 02v293000) for this exact problem, but I am told that I must pay a chrysler dealer…
