Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a Service Engine Soon Malfunction Indicator Lamp on and Diagnostic Trouble Code P0300 - P0308 may set. Technician will inspect for lose sparkplug wire. If a spark plug wire is found lose check for a missing ?C? clip on the wire end for the ignition coil. If the clip is missing replace the wire.
