Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise from the rear end of the rear glass panel on the panorama sunroof. This may be caused by body vibration while driving and slight gaps (1) between the fastener mounting to the headliner and the sunroof frame. To eliminate this concern, the fastener has been modified to restrain the rattling. NOTE: For 2024 CX-90 with a rattle noise in the center of the sunroof (the front glass panel), see TSB 09-010/24 - RATTLE NOISE FROM CENTER OF PANORAMA SUNROOF.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
