Official summary
Complaint Vehicle will not start after charging, HV warning in IC Cause Due to charging error from the charging EVSE the contactors for the DCCU are jammed closed and must be reset via Xentry. Short test found fault code P154B00 in PTCU warning for stuck contactor. Remedy Check for new DCCU (N116/5) SW. Perform SW update to DCCU (N116/5) via XENTRY. Reset contactors through special procedures through N116/5. If no new SW is available - Open TIPS case. Please provide HV CUL and QT in TIPS case.
