Official summary
Complaint Noise during load change when driving Cause Tolerances in front left bearing of major assembly carrier (transmission mount) A 243 240 25 00 can cause the noise complaint. Remedy Replacing parts will have no useful effect. Remove affected bearing and coat with anti-seize agent A 000 989 36 60 (Krytox), as specified in pictures, and install bearing again.
