Official summary

Complaint The head unit cannot be operated via the steering wheel buttons on the right side. Cause A26/17 - MBUX multimedia system (head unit) software Remedy Update the A26/17 - MBUX multimedia system (head unit) to newest/latest software. Then recommission steering wheel electronics N135 - steering wheel electronics (LRE). If the problem is still present, please create a TIPS case. Note: Please do not replace any parts.
